To browse TV channels is totally free.
Getting started - So you've found the site, now what? Here's a user friendly guide to watching www.viewmy.tv to watch TV channels is totally free.

• Use the Channel selection on the top of the site to find free Internet TV channels in different Regions / Countries / Genres.

• Scroll down the Genres displayed and click on the icon or Genre to display the channels available in that category.
• Or, geographically select your channel. Once you select a Region, the Countries in that Region appear to the right.
• Scroll down the Countries displayed and click on the flag or Country name to display the channels available.

You can also Search for a Channel

• This is not CAPS sensitive and you can enter part of a channel name e.g. "BB" will display "BBC"
• The Channels available will be displayed in a Channel list.

Now watching your chosen channel has never been easier

• Clicking on a Channel logo or name in the Channel list will open up the streaming TV in the browser.
• The TV channel streams use different plug-ins to play in the browser and viewmy.tv plays all the major streaming formats and in all major browsers and platforms.
• The streaming TV channels can take up to 10 seconds to load up, depending on your broadband connection speed.

Register - Take the next step, become a member

• Follow the links to the registration page
• Create a username and password, fill in your email address and you're done! Its free and easy, no contracts, no personal information, just unlimited access to viewmy.tv

• Once you register to become a member (for free) you can save the Channels you find to your very own page.

Your personal profile is called 'MyTv'

• Your saved channels will appear in a list on the left
• Share your channels with others
• Invite friends to view your channels
• Save your interests
• Add your saved Channels to an external site
• Rate channels and access the top rated channels in the channel list on the left

• You can either choose to make your MyTV page private or public.
• Once you save channels to your MyTV page you can send your favorite channels to an external site, such as a blog or homepage.
• On viewmy.tv you get your very own MyTv profile URL and an RSS URL
• Note: To view RSS feeds in Google Chrome you will require a chrome extension. IE and FF have in-browser RSS readers by default.

Extra features - So you're watching TV and you have a smashing new profile, where to next?

• Watch TV in the browser, in full screen, or a separate mini screen
• Rate the channels you watch
• Add keywords tags, making it easier to find the channel you want
• Get the codes to share the channels you watch
• Email the channel you're watching to friends
• You can now access live TV broadcast streams by also downloading: the viewmy.tv Vista gadget, viewmy.tv Mac Widget or the viewmy.tv Facebook application.
