A: Visit apps.facebook.com/viewmytv. You will then be prompted to add the viewmy.tv application and give it access to your Facebook information.

A: No, however we recommend that you do create one as this will grant you access to the full range of viewmy.tv channels and features, and will enable you to customise the Facebook application. Without a viewmy.tv account you will still have access to the default channels. To set up your free viewmy.tv account visit the viewmy.tv site and click the Register link.

Q: I am a registered viewmy.tv user, how can I get my saved channels in the Facebook Application?

A: The viewmy.tv site provides you with an RSS Feed of your saved channels. Once this address is copied into the Facebook application, your saved channels will become available. To find your RSS Feed URL, login to your viewmy.tv account and visit your MyTV page. From here click on the 'Share' tab, and in the blue box you will find your RSS Feed URL. Copy this address, and paste it into the box on the Configuration page of the Facebook application.

Q: I can’t see the channel (the channel does not play). What's wrong?
