The streaming URL is not the address of the site, it is the address and
the location of the streaming video.
How do I find it, and what does it look like ?
The stream URL looks like the normal URL but it starts with mms://, rtsp://
or sometimes http://
To obtain the stream URL in:
- Windows Media Player, right click, properties e.g.: mms://www.example.com/live,
or rtsp://00.00.00.00/abcd.wmv
- Real Player, file, properties, link location e.g.: rtsp://00.00.00.00/abc.ram, or
http://www.example.com/abc.rm
- Quicktime player, click on file chooser properties and then copy e.g.: http://example/abc.mov
- Flash stream example: http://www.example.com/abc.flv
